RETURN POLICY

Our aim is your satisfaction. Therefore, to proceed with the return of a Zindagi item purchased at the online official store, you must send an email to info@zindagi-design.com within seven 7 working days from the date the package was delivered to you. The email must be sent with the subject "Return" and the number of order followed by the product that you want to return. Besides, you have to specify the reason for the return in order to help us to improve and to understand your dissatisfaction.

www.zindagi-design.com accept returns of products within the first 14 days, counting from the date of receipt of the goods by the customer and only if the conditions required by Law 47/2002 are met, which regulates the trade organization.

Only the cases previously authorized by www.zindagi-design.com will be accepted. Therefore, you must request an authorization previously contacted the customer www.zindagi-design.com and once authorized, will indicate the shipping address of the goods and the conditions for the return. The goods must be delivered in their original packaging, undamaged and protected.

Once the product is received and verified that it is in perfect condition, we will proceed to refund the amount. Zindagi Design reserves the right to pay a lower amount if the material does not arrive in perfect condition. Transport costs will be taken by the customer.

DAMAGED GOODS

Once the reclamation is made, Zindagi Design is responsible for the collection of the damaged product and once that is received, we will proceed to send a new product at no additional cost to the customer.

DAMAGED GOODS TRANSPORT

To process a claim for damages during transport, you must notify the transport agency within a maximum period of 24 hours.
