The cost of each shipment will be calculated and specified at the time of purchasing so that the customer can provide the approval and confirm the payment. The cost depends on the destination area:
Customer is responsible for all tariffs, customs and taxes. The payment of these extra costs shall be made on arrival at the delivery moment. Please be aware that Zindagi Design does not have any control for any duties, customs and taxes levied by the country or zone your order is being shipped to. We cannot advise you what the cost will be as these charges can vary according to country or zone.
The order is immediately prepared after the payment confirmation. Delivery schedule is as follows:
Monday through Friday from 9:00 to 14:00
Orders placed outside these hours will be shipped the next business day. No shipments are made on Saturdays, Sundays and holidays.
Note that from our Customer Service Department will inform you of every step in the shipping process. All shipments are made by certified mail, therefore, a personal tracking number is always provided to check the status of your order.
Once the purchase in done, you can choose a different destination adress to your billing adress. This is used, mainly in gift vouchers.
In this case, the invoice will be delivered to the buyer adress instead to the destination adress.
The delivery is assured within 24-48 hours for the entire national territory since the order leaves the office. The delivery time is 4-5 business days after the order is placed.
To any incident (delay, transport failure, etc.) the buyer can contact our Customer Service department in order to decide whether the customer is still interested in receiving the order.
